Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Maruti Suzuki India Limited has been awarded a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating by Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari for the all-new Dzire in the Bharat New Car Assessment Program (Bharat NCAP). The all-new Dzire has become the first sedan in India to receive this recognition. The new Baleno has scored a strong 4-star rating in the second model crash tested under Bharat NCAP.
In which variants is the new Dzire launched
The new Maruti Suzuki Dzire compact sedan is available in four variants: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi Plus. Buyers can choose between petrol and CNG options. It will be offered with both manual and automatic transmission options.
What features is the new Dzire equipped with
Talking about Maruti Dzire 2024, it has a 1.2-liter Z series petrol engine for customers, which gives 82 bhp power at 5,700 rpm and 112 Nm torque at 4,300 rpm. This engine comes with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT gearbox. Talking about mileage, its petrol model gives a mileage of about 25-26 km/liter while the CNG model gives a mileage of 33 km/kg.

Talking about safety features, the new Dzire is equipped with strong standard safety features, which include 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and pedestrian protection. Apart from this, the car has also got a 5 star rating in the Global NCAP test.
