However, Maruti Suzuki has not yet made any official statement about the development of the new hybrid technology or the upcoming hybrid vehicles. Why are hybrid models more practical than electric vehicles?

Hybrid vehicles are coming as a cost-effective alternative to purely electric vehicles. Unlike electric vehicles, hybrids do not require external charging infrastructure and there are no charging concerns. These vehicles charge themselves using regenerative braking and engine power. Compared to internal combustion engine vehicles, hybrid models have lower operating costs. This makes them an ideal choice for budget-conscious consumers.
