The Government of India has given the license to the company today, along with this the company will also get trial spectrum and the company will start taking bookings. However, the company will have to wait for 1 to 2 months to provide services because within 1 to 2 months TRAI’s recommendations will get the green signal. After that the company will be given spectrum.
It is being said that the company’s services in India can start from Rs 1,000. The government had issued new security guidelines for GMPCS (Global Mobile Personal Communication by Satellite) license, which companies were to be given licenses upon compliance. Let us tell you that Reliance Jio and One Web already have GMPCS license in India.
