No Toll Charges for Two-Wheelers

At present, there are a total of 1057 NHAI toll booths in the country. These are spread from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Out of these, about 78 toll booths are in Andhra Pradesh alone. Rs 3000 Pass
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari recently announced a new toll pass scheme. Under this, a pass of Rs 3000 will be issued throughout the year and 200 journeys can be made. This scheme is valid only on NHAI and NE toll plazas. This pass is not valid on toll plazas under state highways. This scheme will start from August 15.
