2025 Nissan LEAF EV: Nissan has introduced the 2026 Leaf in the global market. For this generation, the company has made some major changes in terms of styling, charging and driving range. The Leaf has also been spotted several times on Indian roads during testing, but there are no plans to bring it to the Indian market at the moment. Since its global debut in 2010, the Nissan Leaf has become a popular option in the electric vehicle segment, with nearly 700,000 units sold.

Talking about the interior, it reflects premium materials, ambient lighting and ergonomic design. Dimming panoramic glass roof, individual 3D rear lamps and up to 19-inch alloy wheels further strengthen the premium yet practical identity of the Leaf. The NissanConnect Services app provides remote access to essential functions like charging status, route planning and climate control. Premium features like Bose Personal Plus audio and over-the-air updates are also available.
2025 Nissan Leaf EV Range
The Leaf is offered with two battery options and supports fast charging up to 150 kW, giving a range of up to 417 km in just 30 minutes. It covers a distance of over 330 km on the highway at a speed of 130 km/h. Intelligent battery thermal management paired with an integrated Google Maps-based route planner ensures efficient energy use and optimized charging even in cold weather.

In addition to driving, the Leaf’s vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability can power devices like grills or lights during outdoor adventures. With future-ready vehicle-to-grid (V2G) support, the car could one day send electricity back to the grid, helping users reduce energy costs and support sustainability.
Built on Nissan’s CMF-EV modular platform, the new Leaf combines outstanding comfort with outstanding performance. Driver-centric technology includes ProPilot Assist with Nav-Link, a 3D Around View monitor and Intelligent Regenerative Braking for effortless one-pedal driving. Hands-free access to navigation, media and vehicle controls is provided via Google Drive built-in dual 14.3-inch displays.
