Vintage RX 100
Yamaha’s RX100 two-stroke engine motorcycle was first introduced in the Indian market in 1985. It attracted a lot of attention in the Indian two-wheeler market due to its excellent performance, lightweight yet eye-catching design, and excellent reliability in a 100cc engine. Due to this, even after the production was discontinued, there is still a strong demand for those vehicles. However, due to stricter emission norms and a shift towards 4-stroke engines, sales of the RX100 bike were discontinued in 1996, as 2-stroke engines caused more pollution. During that period, the vehicle was sold for around Rs. 16,000.
