Maruti e-Vitara Launching: Maruti Suzuki India’s first electric car e-Vitara SUV can be launched soon. This car will be sold from Nexa dealership. According to the chairman of Maruti Suzuki, the much-awaited e Vitara will be launched in September.
Maruti Suzuki is going to launch its first electric SUV e-Vitara with two battery pack options – 49kWh and 61kWh. In this electric SUV, customers will get three trims Sigma, Delta and Zeta/Alpha.
What will be the price of which variant?
Talking about prices, the ex-showroom price of the Sigma variant (49kWh) will be Rs 18 lakh, while the price of the Delta variant (49kWh) has been fixed at Rs 19.50 lakh. The Zeta variant (49kWh) will be priced at Rs 21 lakh.
Another option of the Zeta variant will come with a 61kWh battery pack which will cost Rs 22.50 lakh. The top variant Alpha (61kWh) has been priced at Rs 24 lakh. The special thing is that only the Zeta variant will be available in both battery pack options, which makes this variant come with the most options.
How many color options will be available in the car?
Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch the e-Vitara in a total of 10 attractive color options, which include 6 mono-tone and 4 dual-tone colors. Mono-tone options include colors like Nexa Blue, Splendid Silver, Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Bluish Black and Opulent Red.
To make the e-Vitara premium, the company has given it a lot of features. It will get LED headlights, DRLs and taillamps which will give it a modern look. The SUV has 18-inch wheels and active air vent grill which increases aerodynamic efficiency.
Panoramic sunroof, multi-color ambient lighting and digital features like 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system have been included. This system supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
These safety features are available in the car
Maruti e-Vitara is no less than anyone in terms of safety. It will be provided with Level 2 ADAS technology, which will include advanced safety features like lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. The SUV will have the facility of 7 airbags which ensures the safety of both driver and passenger. Other safety features include blind spot monitor, tire pressure monitor, 360-degree camera and front and rear parking sensors.
