2025 Tata Punch Facelift Features:Tata Motors reveals interior of upcoming Punch facelift. Tata Motors is once again ready to enter the compact SUV segment. In the form of 2025 Tata Punch Facelift, the company is going to introduce its cheapest 5-star rated SUV in a new avatar in the Indian market.
From the pictures and details of the Punch Facelift spotted during testing, it has become clear that this SUV is going to be a better combination of style, safety and smart technology. Let’s take a look at the features.
The design will get an EV-like touch
The new Tata Punch Facelift 2025 is expected to get the same design as the Tata Punch EV. During testing, some cosmetic changes can be seen in the fully covered model in the front and rear profile, which will make this SUV look more modern and youthful than before. It is likely to get a new front bumper, grille pattern, EV-inspired DRLs, LED taillights and stylish alloy wheels with new design.

How will the interior be?
Talking about the interior, to make the Tata Punch Facelift more smart and premium, it will get a new 2-spoke leatherette steering wheel with Tata’s illuminated logo. Also, it will have features like 7-inch TFT digital instrument cluster, 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, new FATC climate control panel, wireless charging, cup holder and fabric seat upholstery. The layout of the dashboard will remain the same as the current model.
Engine and Performance
No changes have been made to the engine and performance. This SUV will come with the same 1.2 liter 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine as before which generates 86 bhp power and 113 Nm torque, while the CNG version gives 73.4 bhp power and 103 Nm torque. It gets 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT transmission options. The claimed mileage of this car is said to be 27 kmpl in the petrol version and up to 26.99 km/kg in the CNG version.
Safety Features
Talking about safety features, the Tata Punch Facelift will get better safety than before. It has already achieved a 5-star safety rating in the GNCAP crash test and the facelift version will get features like 6 airbags, reverse camera, ABS with EBD and possibly electronic stability control.
Price and launch timeline
This car can be launched in India in the festive season 2025 and its estimated ex-showroom price can be from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 9.5 lakh. After launch, it will compete with SUVs like Hyundai Exter, Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Citroen C3.
